PM not working?

Charles...

Yesterday and today I cannot seem to send any messages via PM.

I finish writing it, hit send, get confirmation message that it was sent then when I look into the Sent mailbox there is nothing there.

Am I missing something or is there a problem with that feature of your web page?

OK...it must be the way I'm attempting to send.  This time I tried hitting the Review button and then sending....and that seemed to work

Sigh.....Nevermind!  :D

I have had that happen also, I am lucky if i can navigate my email, and as I watch my 5&7 year old grandkids, I'm sure they could land the Shuttle with an I-pad. ;)

i believe you need to check the box to leave the message in the sent file.
