Title: 65-6 Mustang Hipo Choke Cable
Post by: Arlo Pudfart on September 20, 2009, 06:53:27 PM
What is the difference between a NOS (or good used) and a reproduction cable? (besides price?)  Any visual differences or part #?  Thanks!

Guess I'll start

Comparing the reproductions (not sure if more than one company is doign them currently) I see differences in the design and finish of the knob.  Original is on the right.

There is not a "part" number on them but some of the stampings on the originals I believe have been left off the repo ones.

Sure others have seen other details between the two
