Title: 1969 Boss 429 KK 1227
Post by: 79mustangcobra on June 26, 2018, 02:48:09 PM
My friends father passed away last week. His name was Bill Hurt. Years ago he owned a 1969 Boss 429 KK 1227

In honor of Bill Hurt, I have attached a picture of the late Bill Hurt and His Boss 429.

I wonder if anyone knows where this car is today?

Thanks and God bless!

Interesting. I wonder why the owner said that?  In the registry. I have known Bills son Chris, since 1st Grade.

How long ago did bill sell the car?  Did bill register it back when he still owned it as there is no other info on kk 1227   & it is the 18th serial # boss made a 150xxx # from the first run.

I do not know that information.  I will have to ask Chris.

This is what Bill said about his BOSS, before he passed.  I am not that well versed on BOSS Mustangs.  - Thanks

It would be interesting if Chris knows the purchase and sell dates
