Need help in identifying which car came with a DOZE A7 radiator. Thanks

Obviously a Mustang  ;) but used on cars with a 302, 351W or 351C with extra cooling or A/C, standard on 351C with a 3.5:1 axle. Using the 75 MPC, I backtracked from D0ZE-8005-A to its service replacement, D0ZZ-8005-D to determine this. What the "7" indicates, I don't know.
