Does anyone have any pictures of what the joint between the rocker panel, and the rear quarter panel should look like? I'm especially interested in the lip of the wheel well in this area. Does the joint with a gap continue around the lip of the wheel well, or is the joint filled in as it goes around the corner, so to speak. My car was built April 30, 1970 Dearborn.

here is a pic of my mach at the resto shop. My Dearborn Mach was bucked in mid-March 1970.

If its like other years and plants you should be able to see the seam between the two panels as it rounds the corner and goes into the wheel well to the edge of both panels. You should also see a blob of the brazing that held the panels together at one point before the spot welds were applied Will look to see if I have a close up to post
Thanks for including when and where your car was built ;)
