Title: Are 1967 brake cables equal length?

Did the supplied cables from inline tube come equal length when the rest of you purchased them?

Yes.
The cables have been "bent" some from use but before being installed (when new) they began as equal lengths, same part. I would make an effort to put your original cables back into their original sides if possible.
