What are the factory correct fog lamps for a dearborn april build 68 gt. Ts or ge marked. I've seen some that say fog at the bottom of the glass. Thanks Lu

Regardless of plant, I have seen more GE fog lamp bulbs than TS. Also, all have the FOG retangular identifier at the bottom front.

I've seen quite a few original cars with TS bulbs with the matching TS headlights.  GE bulbs had the "fog" at the bottom and the tung sol had TS.  I've never seen a tung sol 4415 or 4415a bulb with "fog" on it.
