Just want to give a shout out to my June 30th, scheduled production, Dearborn coupe. So excited to see it finished after the on-off eight year resto. Not that it's avoided the scrap yard, it's starting another fifty years of existence! Happy Birthday to other 64 1/2's past and the ones coming up. Cheers.
1964 1/2 Pagoda Green coupe, # 5F07F182547, Dearborn built.

Thanks for the compliments, it means a lot to me. As far as the color, when I purchased the car I believe it had been painted skylight blue and perhaps that is what is being noted from the unrestored pic. So, for the first few years it was referred to as the "blue" Mustang since I have 4 total, (one Wim. white, one Sahara beige, one Springtime yellow, and this one). It was easier for my 4 year old boys at the time to understand the "blue" Mustang instead of the 64 1/2, for example. Then, after removing the windshield and finding the original color, (as well as not paying close attention to the data plate :o), we found it was Pagoda green. To this day many people think it is more "blue" than "green" and most think it is simply turquoise. I tend to agree, and my kids still refer to it as the "blue" Mustang! ;D
Kutzoh, looks like your car is a big brother to mine noticing the June 28th build where mine is June 30th. Very cool.

Hypo,
That looks incredible! I've been waiting to see it. I really like the Pagoda Green color! My Dynasty Green coupe is one of those "is it blue?, is it green? colors too. I usually tell those that ask, it's turquoise. It saves a ton of explaining. Your US Royals look great. My Rustang turned 50 on May 27th. Now you're in the "club" too. 50 is the new 25...
