I have a 67GT390 with a noisy, slow wiper motor. Can these be rebuilt? If so, recommendations on who would be most helpful.

What kind of noise? Might benefit from just a cleaning/lube. Usually less trouble to just replace with another good used. See them for as little as $20-30 sometimes. The outer cover can be changed so you'd retain the original ink-stamp and date code (if still present on yours).
