Not for sale, yet...but figured this was a reasonable place to post.  A friend asking for help in determining the value of this shifter.  All of the usual references have come up empty.

I don't see the reverse lock out?

Appears to be a three speed handle mounted to a four speed shifter. Thus eliminating the lock out ring and slot for the cable.
