Power Steering Pulley ID

I  have a long list of parts just laying around, so I'll jump on the 'ID this part' band wagon.
{My Forel Publishing 60-68 MPC is having license issues, so no help there right now}

Pulley is  5 13/16 in diameter with a part number of C2DE 6A312A. See pics.

The 68 MPC lists basic part# 6A312 as "Pulley (crankshaft) - outer" and "Pulley (crankshaft power steering)

The closest match from your engineering number would be service part# C2DZ-6A312-A

The machined surfaces on the back had me thinking it went on the p/s pump itself.
I have no idea why I own anything 170 or 200 CID.
