Hi Guys (especially West coast guru's) !!!

Can anyone provide info on a wheel company in the early sixties HANDS ENGINEERING
Cast alum wheels showing HANDS ENG and  Los Angles Calif

Not sure if this was part of Cal Custom or American Racing etc etc

The name does not bring back any memory. Can't recall seeing that on any aftermarket wheel or advertisement from the period but maybe something will turn up
