Need help with my ram air vacuum motor

Trying to figure out which one I have and more importantly which one I need to buy to replace it. I never knew there were so many different ones used. Mine has a 10/68 date code.

Do you have a Ford original assembly line or Ford service part number? It might make it easier.

So you have a long vacuum tube with two bends in it ans a actuating flat arm with three bends. Is that correct

Looks like they make a repo but with a later date for you. NPD carries them as possibly others catalog/online providers
