1969 coupe rear seat side panel brackets inconsistently used
« on: March 15, 2023, 11:49:52 PM »
I recently helped a fellow member find rear side panel brackets for a 1969 coupe. The brackets are used to hold the large rear seat side panel up against the inside of the quarter window. I looked at 10 1969 coupes and found the brackets were not consistently used. Out of the 10 cars 5 had a single bracket on each side and 4 had no brackets at all. 1 of them had 2 brackets on each side. This is not a standard interior versus deluxe as 3 of the cars had the Grande option and we?re also inconsistent. I also check a few 1970 coupes and again not consistent.
