Bought this from NPD a couple of years ago. Quiet Rides Solution firewall insulator part# MUST6970HVAC. Only opened the bag to look at item. Has 3 rubber mounting plugs. I have a 1970 Cougar without a/c and Quiet Rides Solution now offers an insulator for my car. $260 at NPD. I'll sell this one for $200 shipped in the U.S.
