anti static cowl clip

hi i have a 66 mustang convertible built in june in dearborn.does any one know if the anti static clip was used.if so were and how was it mounted to the cowl and what is the correct finish. what is the correct finish of the washer nozzles thanks

no clips used on 1966 models. washer nozzles are zinc finish.
