64.5 Mustangs out there
« on: March 23, 2013, 01:25:07 AM »
I am both surprised and excited by the number of people out there currently restoring a 64.5. When I found the D code I have I thought it would be great to have this car like new for the 50th. I thought it would be 1 of only a hand full but I see there are quite a few in process of being reborn. You guy rock. Hope I can have mine done in time to show at one of the 2014 MCA shows. By the way this site rocks also. I have all the books but I still keep going through the threads on this site to make sure I put it back correctly.

Yes, there's a few of us here. Like you, I'd be lost without this site and the help I've received.

Good luck with you're project,

Hey Mac,

Are you in the early stages of your restoration?
There's no better place for info and experience from others, especially those with 64 1/2.
Would be great to see some pics from your stable...

Dom
