Looking for clear '65 Windshield
« on: November 03, 2013, 02:45:25 PM »
Hi all
I seem to be having difficulty sourcing a new clear windscreen for my 65 coupe.
I am in the UK which adds an extra layer of difficulty.
I was told that only occasionally runs are done of these.
The one on my car is I think the original but has like 'micro bubbles' across it, which is fine in normal light but on summer evenings when the sun is low I'm pretty much blinded by the light refraction!

Any ideas where to get one at a good price?

Cheers :)
Darren

You want a carlite branded one or just a replacement one?

Either would be fine thanks.
It'll depend on cost though really as to whether I get one at all . ..
Many Thanks

NPD offers both as do most of the pony car parts houses and of course many of the windshield  makers offer replacement with out the branding. I guess your real issue is how to get it over there and not break your bank account.
