Title: Ford replacement lower control arms

Would ford service replacement lower control arms have ball joints with grease fittings on them.  Would the ball joints and mounting rivits be different that an original ?

Originals have grease fittings on LCA's, but there is a plug in the hole instead of an actual grease fitting.  The Ford ones should also have this.

There are several subtle differences in the LCA's when comparing Ford service replacements and originals.  Some info here:
