The shocks you are wanting are not typically fitted to a hipo as your ad imply's. If the shocks are for a 66 GT350 then they would be adjustable FoMoCo. Most often they are painted a color very similar to light Ford engine blue. Very late 66 GT350 shocks were painted black. I have seen very early FoMoCo 66 GT 350 Shocks(after changeover from Koni around #900) a orange painted reminiscent of a Koni color. If not from a GT350 maybe they could be found on a export Mustang.

bob, thank you for the clarification. yes, these would be for an april build date 66 gt350.
were they date coded? if so, prefer shocks before april.

Then your looking for the adjustable Gabriel's. Yes they are dated.

Using the search feature found the following threads with a few pictures of the rears. Not going to be easy to find but good luck

Only about half of Shelbys  and some export cars in 66.  The FoMoCo marked ones were first followed by the Autolite stamped ones used in 67
