Title: Wiring inside door for courtesy lights
Post by: Norms67 on September 02, 2019, 01:09:59 PM
Does anyone know how to secure the wiring inside the door for the courtesy lights as it seems that the loose wiring would interfere with window roll up and down with possible snags.

Pictures would be great if possible.

Thanks in advance.

If I'm not mistaken the wiring is attached to the door frame with nylon(?) fasteners.
Those fasteners are taped to the wiring at the proper place/distance.
I am sure that the specialists will correct me if I'm wrong or incomplete.
Kind regards,
Jeroen

Can anybody else provide clarity to the wiring question?

I need to close up the door panel and install the windows but there is a lot of wiring that is at the bottom of the door. Again, pictures are helpful and where I might be able to buy the correct parts at.

Your question is answered in the 1967 Mustang Electrical Assembly Manual, AM0018 pg17 (plus others). I suggest you get a set of assembly manuals for your year car.
