Concours exact reproduction of the tailpipe exhaust rubber insulator used on 1965 - 1969 Shelbys, Boss 429s, Boss 302s, Mach 1s, and all Mustangs with dual-exhaust.
Bare steel bracket with correct “FoMoCo” stamping, and rubber insulator with Ford engineering number…just like the originals. Patterned from original parts and the original Ford engineering drawings.
The original insulators were produced in a ten cavity mold. The cavity number for each part is indicated in the top right corner of the rubber. The new reproductions also have a cavity number in the rubber (1, 5, 8, or 10). Additionally, the engineering number is embossed slightly differently for each cavity…just like the originals
The price is $35/each. Ford licensed.
