1969 351W pcv valve

There are those pretty white rings with red part numbers for some pcv valves, was there one used on 69 351 W motors? If so, how come they aren't made? Can't be too hard to do.

I believe it depends on demand as far as if they are made . As far as the white rings are concerned ,there is controversy if they were used on the assemblyline built engines(depending on application) or just used with service PCV valves.
