Left side inspection form June 1968 Dearborn

Found this under the carpet on 8F93X569XXX. Notice inspection ink stamps in many of the boxes.
1968 W code 427 Cougar XR-7 GTE Feb 23 Dearborn C6 / 3.50 open
1968 R code 428CJ Cougar XR-7 May 13 Dearborn C6 / 3.91 T - Lock

Thanks for sharing Royce. Interesting that this one does not have any visible information written to tie it to the specific car. Also there does not appear to be any failures

Appears the same form was still being used in 1970 when Cobrajt1
posted his forms.

It's interesting IMHO that unlike most of the Ford documents and forms these (the bare form) are not often dated in some way. There are a ton of different versions for different sections/stations of the car assembly plant. Have over 100 samples so far
