Trying to be helpful but you need to be more specific in your request for the best chance of getting what you want. The Ford build date is important since the tanks without the drain plugs vs. the ones that have drain plugs were used at different times during 69 production. If you are looking for a CA emission tank then that is a entirely different looking tank.
