Topic: Carroll Shelby Memorial

There will be a memorial for Carroll Shelby held on May 26th at the Mercury News campus in San Jose. All Shelby cars including tributes are welcome and will be parked at a the grass field on the campus for the event. Cars should be there by 9am for parking. The memorial starts at 10am. Additional information can be found on the Team Shelby web site. Go to Team Shelby Regional Groups then to Pacific Coast. Should be quite a memorable and moving experience.

I was unable to attend the Shelby memorial yesterday. There are some pretty good vids of the event on You Tube. There were 100+ cars in attendance. I'm not going to miss the Monterey Historic Races event, celebrating the Cobra! Have a great Memorial Day.
