Topic: Which engine frame mounts for a 69 conv w/ 302

Ok guys, I have a problem.
I can't find where I put the original frame mounts for my 69 conv
I have heard that the conv uses a different mount than the coupe and fastback.
I have also heard that the conv with the 302 uses the same frame mount as the  390 cars in order to lower the engine a bit.
I have a det of mounts that came off a 70 Mach with 351c and I have a set of mounts that came off a big block if I remember correctly.
Who knows for sure what goes there and who have a picture to help me get the right ones on.
This a 69 conv factory 302 and C4

You are right same as big block or any 67 v8 mount.Notice holes are not same line but on angle.

Hope that you have good used, or NOS engine mounts for your convertible. I am unaware of reproductions for 1967-70 convertible or 1967 with 289.

I do not have good used correct mounts. That was going to be my next question is where do I get the right mounts for this setup now.
So with all the convertibles out there, what are the folks with convertibles doing for mounts?
I seem to remember that when I put the engine in the 66 I fought with the mounts to get them to line up and get the bolts through them. I guess that's why

We suggest switching to 1968-70 small block, hard top, frame stands, to use the available engine mounts.

Did a little searching around and it seems that CJ pony cars has the engine mounts that list as TALL for the convertibles. With shipping they are $80 so I figure that I will go that route.
Anyone know how good or accurate they are?
I have a friend that is giving me the frame brackets from a fbk so that's my back up plan
