1967 390 Carb

Anyone know what the Holley number is for the correct carb that came on a 390, 4 speed?  I have heard C7OF-9510-A is correct, true?

I don't always downshift, but when I do it is near a Prius so they can hear me hurting the environment.

All were  List # 3793  H-4150 series

Ford number
 
C7OF-A  (49 state)   

C7OF-C (Calif/Thermactor)

I'm not seeing the C7OZ carbs on this list, just C7OF:
