Zinc Silver. FYI the same on all 66 GT350.

Specifically the areas the OP asked about which are the large bolts & nuts of a 1966 GT350 Hertz under the heading of underride (traction bar as it relates to a Shelby) hardware finish. To add the spacer washers are also zinc silver.

Is the hardware available reproduction?  The Scott Drake hardware looks a bit different than original in photos and appears to only be available with the bars.
