the seller states the date on package is 5-1999

would this be an orig Ford part or repo?

what do you think the quality would be on it?

This is a original FORD part that is shown in the ad, if you are wondering about the date of production these were still available from FORD at that time as I bought one around that time period. FORD still had several parts available in the late 90's and after 2000 they started becoming all obsolete.
