Title: 69 Boss 302 Alternator Pulley
Post by: supersnake on November 13, 2015, 01:35:23 AM
The 69 Boss is a May build date.  We are trying to determine the correct alternator pulley for this vehicle.  Does anyone have the part number, reference material, and or a picture of a early boss with its original autolite alternator?

Believe you'll find that it's a C5AF-10A352-H finished in zinc dichromate

Hard to get a picture of in the car due to the smog pump and other things getting in the way

Just as a follow up on this older post so that someone does not go astray. In more recent time its been reported that a number of original 69 Boss 302s have been seen/found with the smaller dia stamped steel pulley on the alternator so the subject needs some new attention and documentation to see if the usage is a running change and what an approx change date would be. Stay tuned :)
