AC hoses
« on: April 02, 2016, 11:52:08 PM »
Saw this auction on ebay.  It caught my eye because I've read numerous times that the repro lines are pretty bad.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1964-1965-66-Mustang-Fastback-Convertible-GT-ORIG-A-C-SIGHT-GLASS-SUCTION-HOSES-/152034059491?hash=item2365efa4e3:m:mNlDKuLb2RZYiZPhkCsNdhQ&vxp=mtr

I'm no expert, but doesn't look right to me.  What say the experts?

The sight glass doesn't look like one for a mustang. I got this from a Mustang shop awhile ago with the other hose and the elusive AC bracket that hold them together at the shock tower brace. True it could be a replacement sticker. But don't know for sure.  The engineering number on the auction site is C4AA.  I thin Mustangs start with C4ZA.  The other hose might be for a six cylinder since it appears to be too long for a V8...I'm sure others might know more...
