I enjoy this site as well, even though I have forsaken working on old Mustangs due to health reasons (bad back).
A recent affliction (I painted the ceiling in my living room two weeks ago). I "appreciate" ten minutes on a cold water bottles, 30 on a hot pads and Tylenol.

I promise to be politically correct in all my posts to keep the BBBB from vociferating.

A couple of hours with a good bottle also helps quite a bit!  I'm up to 2400mg of Ibuprofen a day; I had to stop for a medical procedure for 3 days, and boy, could I feel the difference.
It sucks being only able to see nice vintage cars vice working on them.  So...I enjoy watching all of you do your thing, so I live vicariously!
