Clutch Z bar

Got a big block z bar today at the swap meet.  Should be for a 390 or 428.  Maybe some help with the correct identity?  At the upper spring slot it is stamped S3O (O maybe a D) with what appears to be  some white stripes.  Thanks,  Brian
