Title: Bolts for MC and Pedal support at firewall

Good Morning,
Looking for the bolts on a '65 SJ fastback at the firewall to mount the pedal assembly and the single large MC. I believe the lower two bolts at the MC are AMK #F-1431, however the upper two bolts seem to have a large flange head? Does anyone have a lead on a correct set?

Congrats on finding originals.  I ran into this same issue on my car.  I talked with Max about it and he was aware of the problem and promised to have a fix.  This has been 4 years or so now.  I'm a little surprised he didn't follow through.
