Zinc Silver. FYI the same on all 66 GT350.

What area specifically?
Specifically the areas the OP asked about which are the large bolts & nuts of a 1966 GT350 Hertz under the heading of underride (traction bar as it relates to a Shelby) hardware finish. To add the spacer washers are also zinc silver.

Is the hardware available reproduction?  The Scott Drake hardware looks a bit different than original in photos and appears to only be available with the bars.

unfortunately they are not reproduced. Yes the Scott Drake hardware looks different from ones that I have seen. Original hardware from donor bars or parts hordes are the typical sources.

Be aware that over the counter and service kits may have different hardware (head markings and different nuts for example) that the assembly line under-rides. You may be able to modify hardware store bolts for your purposes since there are no head markings (added) or with "NAT". Just have to get the thickness right and the outer edges. Ignore he scratch marks on the upper right example

The nuts would be the difficult details IMHO since they are thin and have a number of visual differences as shown below.

The locking nuts typically had the triangles identifiers and the bolts had a "NAT" makers mark. Current reproduction or earlier replacement bolts many times are blank with no makers markings on the bolt head.

As you can see the nuts also had the depression and the risen should on the inside of the nut.

As for the head markings yes (will adjust the post above) the NAT marked ones also but have found too many no markings on unrestored I've know since the 70's with those also. So we'll have to politely have to disagree at this point :)

I wanted to post another less common variety of head marking for the factory underride bolts. Although it seems to read RBM I think it is meant to represent RBW. RBW ( Russell, Burdsall & Ward Bolt and Nut Company) is a supplier to Ford also.
