Autolite spark plug decal

Hi Guys
Have done a search with no luck. Anyone know whether or not I need a rectangular or curved decal ? and what the change dates were at Dearborn.

Either would be fine, the rectangular maybe a little more common around when your car was made.  Also consider that the decal might not have always been installed.
