Boo-Hoo, seems the registration is FULL! Wow, 100 days or more before this show.

That's not good! I was going to register this Friday...I already booked my stay months ago!

I think it sold out back in February. 300 entries, so (relatively) small field to begin with.
They are also doing a "Mustang II Reunion" co-event there, so there went 75+ of the 300 entries. That didn't help.
I finally get my Grill Medallion presented at Albuquerque. Glad I chose there instead of Indy.
-
300 is very low number for a National event.
They are at the fairgrounds so there is other room there...hopefully they can look into that.
Only 225 registrations from outside their own club seems like a low number.

Congrats on the Grill Medallion... beautiful car, well deserved!

I got an email from Motoshow stating the Motoshow is ending operations on 4/30/2023. I'm wondering how that will affect any of this.
Other news: seems that this show is being held in conjunction with the Hendrix County (IN) fair. No wonder this is a mess.

I have been told that MCA owns Motoshow. We use them for our local shows. Not sure how it will pan out.
-
the deal fell thru. motosho wanted more than they agreed to.

That is incorrect.

Ok, good to know what happened. Next question is what will happen going forward? I am about to register for New Mexico show but maybe I should wait a week.
-
i was told that mca will be using spreadsheets as in the past. just sit tight.
-
Motosho will work as usual till the end of the month. If you are planning to attend the show it would be best to register before April 30th.

Registration is already FULL (refer back to invalid original poster).

KevinK was talking about registering for New Mexico, it is still open.

How might the registration for the September show in Melbourne be impacted? I've already registered via Motosho.

see reply #10.

So MCA will be going old school with spreadsheets? Will they reach out to us as the show approaches to confirm our reservation? I'm guessing that's more for any MCA officers on this forum.
-
why are you asking here? this is not mca forum. i suggest you email or ask on their message board.

+1 Should get your answers directly from the source. Sure others are thinking the same thing and I would guess members have already been asking over there - the MCA official site

i checked, little to no traffic about this. a shame. logging into motosho site only says shut down april 30.
-
I did check with MCA and they said that our registrations are secure as they've pulled the data from Motosho.

A washout this morning in CLASSIFICATION...
hoping for better weather.
