Convertible, upper rear trim snap style (metal part)
« on: July 06, 2021, 03:57:25 PM »
On a regular Mustang, the boot trim snap on the metal part of the rear trim panel usually has straight sides and smooth on the top.  On a '68 Shelby, I am seeing many examples of the flared base used on the upper metal part... by upper metal part, I mean the top section of the normal convertible piece that was cut off.

So, question is should the snap have a flared base on that piece.  April '68 car.
