Does anyone know if Kurt Praxl of Carbontootners is still in business? I'm unable to bring up his web page.

Don't know about Carbontooters, but can give a thumbs up to Abel Automotive Service in Baltimore.  They just did a carb for me last month.

Yes he is, he just completed a beautiful restoration on 4300 carb for me a month ago. Not sure of his new website, but his email address is: carbontooters1@hotmail.com

kurt refinished a 70 boss 302 carb for me last year. - like a piece of jewelry ! beautiful job

Very happy with a 72 2 barrell he did for me last year as well.
