Hello all. Need a little help please.
I recently purchased a set of "NOS" u-joints for my '70 M code from a very reputable dealer (will not mention names) however they are not quite what I expected. The photo titled old is what came off of my car which I would use but it has some wear. The other photos are what I received. I don't doubt
they are new but I don't recognize the casting marks.
Any advice you can offer will be much appreciated.

Consider, that like many NOS parts, these service replacements could and often were made much later, by different suppliers (than original) and often looked very different from assembly line pieces.
NOS, in every case, is not always a good IMHO source for concours parts for restorations. Each should be evaluated on its own merits
Have never seen the one you show with the thin outer edge on an original car nor have removed a similar one from a car over the years.
