Title: Reassembling doors. Quick Bolt question

what bolts are painted and which ones are left with phosphate finish on a door assembly (including hinge bolts)?

All of the bolts that attach the door to the hinges and the hinges to the A pillar were in place when the car was painted.

All of the other bolts (window run attaching) were not in place when the car was painted
