Not NOS but good original condition.  I have no way to determine if this works though if you know how to test it I am happy to try.  It looks like it may have ben installed at one time but the lines look clean and complete.  I've had it about 20 years.  This is a combination gauge which has vacuum, oil pressure, water temperature, and volts all in the same gauge. It has a chrome case and cup and mounting bracket so it can be mounted on the top or underside of your dash, on your console, or your steering column. This is in mint shape. Stored indoors and in a climate controlled environment. This is "correct" for any Ford or Mercury built after 1966 (Mustang, Fairlane, Cougar, etc.)  Please email me with any questions.  I am working to track down the instruction manual and will include that if I can get a copy.

Do you have the fittings for the temp sender and oil pressure lines ?
