Title: Firewall sealant spray: 66 Dearborn production
Post by: Building 3 on October 09, 2015, 12:02:51 PM
I would appreciate it if someone would post photos of the firewall sealant on original 1966 Dearborn cars.  Especially in the December 1965 to January 1966 timeframe. Thanks.

Dearborn was usually the most liberal with firewall sealer... meaning there is usually a lot of it.  Jeff probably has some reference pics.

That is good insight. Yes, a few photos would help before I try it. Thanks.

Since the master cylinder has been replaced all.much of the sealant around its base is gone

Perfect photos. Those Dearborn workers certainly were not shy about spraying the sealer.  Thank you.
