Title: Correct Power Steering Return Hose Clamps??

Can anyone tell me the correct Wittek clamp for the power steering return hose on a 11/10/'69 Dearborn built Mach 1 with 351C although I suspect it is common to all V8's?  Should it be a 23 or 24?  I have both and they look identical to eachother.
