Title: 1970 Metuchen 351C Antifreeze transfer tube color

Jeff:  the metal tube which would be under my shaker that contains radiator fluid(sorry, totally blanked on exact name).  Should that be metal finish or painted ford engine blue?  Hope that makes sense.
