Title: 68 Alternator

Would the Alternator for my 68 302 with A/C and PS be mechanically stamped C6DF-10300-A?
And would the date be mechanically stamped or with ink?
I'm new

Looks like it should be a C6AF-10300-F, depending on the month built, could have one of two back cases.
