Title: Oct 64 C4 Detailing

What is the proper finishes for the C4 from SJ?  for instance my Pan is painted black right now, but I understand they are supposed to be natural??

The MCA rules don't seem to list specifics...

Mine is a natural paint.  I don't think they are supposed to be black...
