Title: Brake pedal support

I am wondering if the brake pedal support was installed before the factory painted the dash.  In the attached picture you will see what appears to be overspray of charcoal paint used on the dash.  The second picture is after soaking the assembly in molasses.  A word of caution, molasses eats the pot metal bushings - guess how I know.

Nope :)

If it was the mounting bolts would have paint on them and the mount would also
