Title: 65 K Code - Oil Pressure Sending Extension
Post by: Kmurf2007 on July 09, 2016, 09:52:53 AM

Can someone confirm for me if a 1965 Mustang (Dearborn Nov 64) with a K Code Engine uses an Oil Pressure Sending Extension or if the Oil Pressure Switch just screws directly into the block.

Thanks for your response

no extension used in that application. only the larger sending unit requires it.

Thanks for your support.

I want to make sure I put it back together correct.

+1

The usual scenario on all small blocks:
Idiot light = small sender (no extension)
Gauge = Large "Bell" sender (requires extension)
